heater woes

got a question, i dont have air locks like talked about in other threads. when i turn my cold to hot i can hear the matrix opening but with the AC on it wont blow hot air?? will always blow icey cold air

Sounds a little odd.

There are some diagnostic procedures for the climate control system. Do a search as i think they have been posted before, if not I will dig them out.
