Not keen on the flush fit, I would probably lose the adaptor.

you could cheat and get the chrome plastic outer covers that go over the old rubber valves, save you taking the tyres off :D

im fitting valves that look very simular to those today.

had a nightmare getting valves to fit my konig wheels, they had the smallest fitting valves in the world. cant get replacments.......so im fitting these new ones.
