End partjack - handle

When I got my supra I had to return as the Jack was not the correct one. Now I find I have the jack, the bar that hooks into it but NOT the handle.

Anyone know where I can get one...

Sorted.
Got complete 2 piece handle from AutoBMC, had to slightly cut the polystyrene to fit but its a great job done.
