I've got 50 litres of Toluene on the way from our chemical supplier at work, can it be added neat to the petrol or does it require a lubricant? I remember reading that 10% iso propyl to toluene was a suitable additive...

I'll be putting 5l in per tankful, just because thats the size of the container I have.

Mix in 10% on its own...no need for anything else. 5L will be fine as I assume you don't let the light come on before filling up.
That 10% will up Optimax to ~100RON.

I'm going to have a hunt for a suitable 7.5l container to take to the petrol station, I suppose I could just buy two 5l and fill one half way.

100ron sounds nice http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
