Big plastic thing

Hello

I have a huge plastic cover type thing under my car, looks like it is to stop anything getting into the engine bay from underneith. It 'was' connected to the vielside front bumber, now it has come loose and is hanging down scraping the road sometimes. Does everyone elses car have this thing? I don't know if i should get it screwed back up or just take it off. How will i know if i get any leeks?

It's a Toyota, it doesn't leak!

Seriously, I'd get the undertray fixed back on. If you check your levels regularly, you'll see if you've got any leaks.
