Hi everyone,

It is a Uk standard spec twin turbo auto, currently with Goodyear F1's just wondering what people would recommend?

At the moment just going to replace them with another set of gsd3's unless others know of better ones.

Cheers

Tom

Did you buy it then ?

The GSD3's are receiving good reports from many people so not a bad choice. Personally i would go for Bridgestone SO3's , but thats mainly because its a tyre i have used an am happy with.

Goodyear's, bridgestones, Michelin's, Pirelli's and Dunlops all seem to be fairy good tyres. But the good years tend to be the best in the wet, which lets face it is when we need all the help we can get.

Have you considered upping the size of them at the same time?

I'm now on 255/40/17's up front and 275/40/17's at the back - lovely http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

Word of warning Mcanny - don't ever turn the wheel without rolling the car at the same time. The extra friction from the front tyres will knacker your powersteering far faster than normal. It's not recommended to turn a PS wheel without moving the car, however it must be doubly important for you with over sized front tyres.
