Just a quick question..I've got a nasty rattle coming from inside the driver's door (think something rattling on the glass). How do I get the door card off without breaking anything?..does the cover around the window switches pop off with a screwdriver and a flick of the wrist?! Any help would be appreciated.

OK from memory here is how.
remove the star headed screw from along the very bottom of the door card. On the rear of the card there is "speed clips" you push the centre in a few mm and then the whole item comes out, i think there are 3?. Remove the screw from the door handle. You will see another larger screw behind it, remove it also. There are two more screws at the front of the door card (might be speed clips) if its screws they usually have little plastic tops you need to prize off carefully (blunt knife) they are star heads. I am doing this from memory, and dont have the car to hand but I am 99% sure thats it. Lift the door card slightly and it comes off, disconnect the wiring from the switches and thats it!.
If I have missed anything, my apologies.

yep very simple the hardest part is if you miss the screws/bolts on the door handle bit and you wonder what is holding the card on...lol
