Just another quicky

I took a test drive in a Jap 6 speed Manual TT over christmas and the gearbox was what I thought "notchy" and a little hard to put into most gears, while the clutch biting point was almost at the floor is this typical or not! are the sellers trying to hide something with the clutch biting point being at the bottom, such as a worn clutch or something like that?

Sorry for being so suspisious, sounds as if I dont trust anyone! LOL.

Thanks Tim

The clutch is hydraulic so low fluid could move the bite point I think. Check it.
The gearbox is clunky but never hard to shift into gear - UNLESS - the wrong oil is in it. V160 oil is the ONLY oil you can use. Do a search on here for it and you'll find more information as I wrote a big post about it recently.
