Pre-facelift - facelift dash/ dial conversion

Has this been done? is it just a case of getting the dial cluster and plugging it in? Any info would be great as ive searched but come up with nothing.

Also Tiptronic gearbox, are these any good? are these a straight swap with the standard auto box? worth the hastle changeing? Again any opinions welcome

Cheers Martin, i have (as u probably guessed) found a donor car and thought if it wasnt much hastle then i might do the conversion, but id rather swap with a manuel box so might just save my pennies for that! http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
