Could anyone tell me how to adjust the headlight beam height?
Since having the offside replaced the beam is now a lot lower than t'other side.

Its the white plastic nut on the back of each light. Cant remember which way is up and down though, you'll have to just play with it. http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

From memory http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif as your standing in front of the car looking at the Drivers Light:
Upper far Left = fog height
Lower Left = dipped angle (L&R)
Low Middle = dipped height

I found a racket spanner to be the best.

Gonads! My wiring seems to be completely messed up. I can see i plastics screw type thing on the back of the main beam(inside), nothing on the dipped (centre) & nothing on the fog lights (outside).
Just found out that I have no side lights! Which ones are they supposed to be?

As Col said, The plastic screw type thing will adjust your headlights up and down, just go do it and if you need side to side, one metal one shal do it and the other metal will do the fog.
