Don't know about in East Sussex but on of the best in the country (in many peoples opinion) is up by me. ?My wheels are in there at the moment. They are a little dearer than some others but their work is excellent and they're used by both Mercedes and Aston Martin .... ?

Think my brother had some porsche rims done at pristine, they were very good but think they were quite exspensive

I`m looking to get my split rims polished back up after the winter sludge has taken it`s toll on the clearcoat.

will any of these places polish up 3 piece wheels without splitting them apart http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif

I`ve heard too many horror stories of wheels never being the same after being put back together.

Chris your going to struggle to get someone to polish them without splitting them, very difficult to polish where all the bolts are, even worse imo if there laquered as you really need to strip the laquer off then polish then re laquer then rebuild hence they charge a fair bit to do it.
Think my bro's split rims were ?150 each and they werent polished outer rims just p/coat.

Chris ive got m8 who's a v good polisher and has done allsorts for me based in the mids and not exspensive, but says he'd need them split to do them properly.

I'd have thought as long as you can re seal them afterwards you shouldnt really have a problem but as to what sealer youd use i dont know.
