You need to take this off VERY carefully as it is very prone to breaking. Not sure of the correct procedure though, perhaps Martin might know.

On a uk it just clips into place on metal inserts that push into the tailgate, just lever them apart but try to keep very near to where the clips are then they pop quite easily, bit like a door casing.

Hope that made some sence.

Be carefull not to go to mad tightening the wing as there only inserts in glass fibre and can break if overdone, best to swap to nylocks or use spring washer.

Yeah, very thin plastic this bit. Best to use a trim removal tool if you have one or if not a long screwdriver and try to get it right by the clips.
