Looks very nice Andrew http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif So is it just a holiday home ?

dunk shaw
9th November 2005, 03:42 PM
Yes Emma its purely a holiday home, its on a brand new development in a gated community with club house etc.
Hopefully get it rented out for most of the year and use it myself when its not.
Special deal for club members if anyones interested.

Still waiting on some decent pictures from the agent out there, it sleeps 8-10 ppl, has 2 bathrooms, its just being fitted out now with brand new everything and it has its own private pool.

an overview of clubhouse pool area etc

Not finalised the prices yet but think to rent the house for a week low season will be arround ?450 per week and high season ?650

Theres no price per person its rented out and then divisable into how many are in your group so its cheaper for each person if youve got a max of 10 in there rather than say 8 etc.

EmmaG

Sounds very reasonable, let us know when you have finalised some prices. http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

Looks, very nice can't see you having trouble filling it.

Always buy a beater car and leave it in the garage for guests to use. Ahh hold on there may be some Supra drivers hiring it http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/shocked.gif

Thanks again everyone for the great comments.

As i said,,, i will post up details as i get them, as soon as weve sorted a good rental agent then there should be a website to view with photo's, pricing structure,
availability calender, info on the local area, the club amenities which im led to believe are free to residents, and ofcourse where the best golfcourse is http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif etc etc

There wont be a car there for guests to use as it would be an insurance nightmare so sorry guys no supra !!

The only info i know is its an AB Flug S9500 and apparently you cant get the kit anymore.
If you wanted one then you had to ship your car to AB Flug where they would do all the work afaik.

Looks the dogs danglies to me.

Stop highjacking my thread http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Where did i say i didnt like the other kit http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif

I just dont like the colour or carbon fibre effect paint, if you want it to look like carbon fibre then you use carbon fibre and get your wallet out big time http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif cant be doing with fake stick on c/f lookalike dashes either.
Just my opinion.
Theres a blue version of this on .net somewhere and looks far better but that one needs the carbon effect one's wheels and rear wing for my taste.

Just call me Ash Hijack Willis.........:D

Ok, you never said you didnt like it exactly, but also I think your find that is carbon fibre and not a carbon fibre paint, not that I know alot about paints but does such a thing actually exist ?

I'd agree with you most of the time that carbon effect can be naff, but even I will say when it replaces the shitty rubber covering on the dash that usually ends up marked and scratched then Im all for it...........;)

dunk shaw
15th December 2005, 04:21 PM
Sorry Ash if its not the real thing then its chav land im afraid.

Ok if the kit is carbon fibre which i doubt then it would be awesome.

I think youll find its fibreglass or very similar, if it is c/f it would cost a small fortune to make but i stand to be corrected and i thought you said it was c/f effect paint http://www.mkivsupra.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif

Just to update this as things have moved along just a bit.

The house in Florida is up for sale, far too many problems that just couldnt be dealt with from here. I shant go into detail but anyone thinking about doing this should be very wary and do lots of homework before commiting.
