Just been on a traders websites tonight to order up some Mikalor clamps.

You can't search from the front page and when I did find what I wanted went to order them and the credit card box doesn't have enough characters for you to type in your card number :wtf:

I don't have time during the day at the moment to be calling people up to order stuff so hence I wanted to do it tonight in the hope that stuff is here for the weekend. So I guess my business will be going elsewhere, still its only £60 worth of clamps don't suppose they will care.

Perhaps they are sat there twiddling their thumbs wondering why they are not getting many orders via their web site, looks like you'll have to try and force some other company to accept your money:rolleyes2:

Oh and don't get me started on the state of customer service in this country, or rather the lack of it, I'm about to give Sainsbury's online some grief regarding a sink that should have been delivered, along with the taps which they DID deliver, ever since then it's been the run around on the phone. Isn't it funny that once they have your money you become a 2nd class customer:mad:

Wish we'd been to Sainsbury's for our taps and sinks.

I got dragged along to a specialist place where they seemed to specialise in extracting lots of money from your wallet.

I got dragged along to a specialist place where they seemed to specialise in extracting lots of money from your wallet.

We bought our sink along with hob, double oven and hood from Sainsbury's online. We went to a large department store checked out what we wanted then back home, went online and ordered it all for a whole lot less:coolpeek: ....everything went fine until the cock-up with the sink, but hopefully that will be here Thursday.

Specialist=money, generally lots of it.
