Are you looking for an actual tuner or just somewhere with a rolling road for you to do a run and get a printout?
To be honest i'm not aware of too many rolling roads in your part of the country, but if it's just a power run you want then i'm sure there must be one or two that can help.
If you actually want the car tuned it will depend which ECU or piggy back you have.
