The only difference between the two is the cosmetics (front bumper, front wing inserts) the intereiors and the spring rates. Most of the parts on the Toyota have Subaru stamps on them, ironically even the Toyota badges on the wheels ! All cars are actually built in the Subaru factory.
I'm not attending any of the shows at the mo, as have had a big house refurb this year and then next year hoping to get some track days done in the MR2. Have some fun without worrying about the BIB !
Good luck with selling your 350Z, they are a nice car so shouldn't be too hard although i'm not sure what the market is like for them.
