Sound Deadening
Hi
I'm currently in the middle of making a boot build, although I want to put in some sound deadening before I close it all in. Does anyone know what the best type would be to use? I will be running 2x 12" 1300watt subs. Want to stop everything from rattling and vibrating. |

speaker mat is the best for it, try bassjunkies for it.

What are your aims for the install sir?
Im no expert but the supra boot and general internal arrangement isnt large enough to warrant 2 1300 watt 12" subs. You will be VERY hard pushed to get it sounding anything other than a chav Corsa All imho of course

Baz knows a thing or two about install's but I would recommend Dynamat beyond Baz's recommendation.

Not cheap but it is the best I've ever used, have tried other brands and to be honest they were nasty.

IIRC Dynamat and 'brown bread' are the 2 most highly recommended brands

My experience with this has tought me you get what you pay for. I have never used "Brown Bread" so can't comment, but Dynamat is bloody good stuff I certainly wouldn't use anything else.
