big aerial problem help
 ok guys, i have a strange problem. It started one frezzing morning pulled the car out the garage and put on the cd player. The problem is i turned off the cd play and as the aerial went down i noticed ice flacking of the mast.now the aerial dont go up when i put the cd player on but i do get a ticking behind the dash pannels? does any one have any ideas???? thanks Mat
