Painting reversing sensors - Page 2

I need to paint some reversing sensors in preparation for fitting them to my Landcruiser. Can anyone offer any advice as to the best way to get them sprayed. I believe that I have everything that is required (i.e. the sensors and the paint). The sensors even come in a handy cardboard container which I'm guessing they can be painted in. Anyway, all advice greatfully received.

(Any bright ideas what the red foam is for...)
