Tonights update
I spent a few hours heat wrapping my BL stainless exhaust manifold, fitting oil feed and return lines, and sorting a few little bits and pieces out

Goodness me, that looks like a fiddly job.
Nice work.

Very much so, and the fibrous tape is very irritating to skin and eyes and things

Quite a fair bit mate
Im just about at the stage where i can get the manifold and turbo permanently fitted, injectors and rail on, then its complete the sourcing of the fuel lines, final fit on everything and load base map onto the car and im away

how easy was it to remove the manifold?? as i am looking to do all my install of my single kit over winter, i have taken all the turbo pipes off before for polishing, can you fit all the single and then take it really steady to get it all mapped up correctly by hyper sr ??? or do i need a base map

Removal of the manifold took a couple of days, the nuts on the back are a little difficult to get at, ill PM you a link and there are these here
You NEED a base map as this is what tells the AEM how to operate the basics, then take it to your local preferred mappers for your particular ECU and get it finished.
