Well after a long day Christian finally finished about 19.30. I'm really happy with the results. It's just a shame they don't show up on a photo very well:

That does look very nice Kev - One of the first things i'll be doing when I get a re-spray is getting a proper post-paint protection detail done. Definitely worth the money.

I completey agree with you. These guys make it look very easy but I know that I'd fly across the car if I was using a rotory

Does look nice Kev, but as you say the light probably doesn't do all the hard work justice.

What time did he start?

Thanks Martin. He started at 8.30 and finished packing up at 7.30. Christian was flat out except for when he was having the bacon sandwiches I made and some chips for lunch.
He made it look so effortless and easy but I know it's not. It's a bit like watching someone do plastering (if you've ever tried it you'll know what I mean)

Having seen the car yesterday I have to agree with Kev, he's done a superb job. As I have been working on my car on and off over the last few weeks with the Porter Cable I can appreciate the skill and knowledge required.

Looking very clean Kev. What did he use on the paintwork?

I'm not sure what the make the cutting compound was TBH. It was medium as Christian said that the paintwork was in very good condition. He was really surprised when he clay barred the car and very little dirt came off.
